I'm getting married today!

It’s been over a month since I sent one of these fun little newsletters out. There’s a reason for that.

I’m getting married! I’m actually getting married as this email goes out into the world and into your inboxes. So, I’ve been busy.

In honor of becoming legally attached to someone in perpetuity, I’ve gathered some creative and surprisingly delightful crochet and knit patterns that are somewhat related to weddings.

Enjoy! 👰🏻‍♀️ xoxo liz

Crochet: Your Own Wedding Bouquet by LilysLyric

Can I just say that weddings are EXPENSIVE?! Like, I knew I’d be paying a premium for ridiculous things like table numbers just because I was planning a wedding, but this industry is out of control.

Anyway, if you have sticker shock over the price of real florals, you can crochet your own bouquet. This pattern by LilysLyric looks really beautiful and includes patterns for tulips, lilies, and more.

Did I do this? No. But after dealing with vendors, I’m kind of wishing I did.

Knit: Wedding Mice by Amanda Berry

Um, why is this knit pattern of two mice making me cry?! This adorable knit plushie pattern is the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. I love that it’s a knitting pattern, too. You don’t really see very many knitting patterns for plushies!

The pattern is by @fluffandfuzz, who creates very adorable knit plushie patterns. You can buy it via their Ravelry store!

Knit: Wedding Mittens by Jorid Linvik

These adorable mittens by Jorid Linvik feature a Scandinavian pattern of a man and woman, presumably getting married. I’m a sucker for a Scandinavian motif.

The pattern is for sale via Ravelry or Jorid’s website (linked via Ravelry).
